Welcome to the Sunset Cam Club (the "Club"), a free email service that delivers still photos captured from the Logan Martin Webcams™ live cameras on Logan Martin Lake. The Club is operated by Logan Martin Webcams, LLC ("we," "us"). By signing up, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old to subscribe, and you confirm you are 18 or older (or have permission from a parent or guardian). You agree to provide an email address you own or are authorized to use.
Once you confirm your subscription, we send daily still images from our webcams for the time slots you select — currently Dawn, Late Morning, and Golden Hour. Capture times shift with sunrise and sunset throughout the year. The Club is provided free of charge, and we may add, change, or remove slots or features at any time.
All photos, the camera feeds, the Logan Martin Webcams™ name and logo, and related content are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and enjoy the photos for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You may share an occasional photo personally (e.g., with friends or family) with credit to "Logan Martin Webcams™ — loganmartinwebcams.com." You may not: sell, license, or commercially exploit the photos; use them in advertising or for any business purpose; remove watermarks or credits; or redistribute them in bulk or as part of another product or service. The Club depends on live cameras, internet connectivity, weather, daylight, and third-party email delivery. We do not guarantee that any particular photo will be captured, that emails will arrive on time, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Some days a photo may be missing, delayed, dark, or show a technical placeholder. The Club and all photos are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Club. Because the Club is free, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to USD $0.
You can leave anytime via the unsubscribe link in any email. We may suspend or end the Club, or remove any subscriber, at any time and for any reason, without notice.
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change and material changes will be communicated to subscribers. Continuing to use the Club after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in or serving Talladega County, Alabama.
